Raymond Berry Community Pool

The Raymond Berry Community Pool is Open for the summer season, as of June 9, 2024.  The last day is scheduled for Friday, August 30, 2024.

Main Pool

Located on Bailey Avenue, this pool facility is the only public pool within a 50 mile radius.  The Pool is open seasonally and offers various programs during the summer months to the public. 
Amenities Include:

  • A Junior Olympic sized heated main pool (4 - 13ft deep) used for youth water safety instruction, lap swimming, low-impact water aerobics and general recreation. Features in the pool include:
    • diving board
    • waterslide
    • climbing wall
  •  A smaller heated pool (3 - 5ft deep) with a wheelchair accessibility ramp used for youth water safety instruction, low-impact water fitness and water aerobics classes that are especially popular with older patrons, and parent-child classes to prepare young children for water safety instruction.  
  • A shallow circular wading pool for younger children to play in with adult supervision.

RECENT GRANTS

Climbing Wall - 2023

The Pool was awarded $7,500.00 from Burney Regional Community Fund for the purchase of a Pool Climbing Wall for the Main Pool.

LED Light Replacement Project - 2022

The Pool was awarded $7,500.00 from Burney Regional Community Fund for the purchase of Energy Saving LED lights for the interior of the Main and Therapy Pools.
